Transylvania University Athletics

Tom Browning ’66 was an outstanding baseball and basketball player during his Transylvania career. He earned a total of seven letters, four in baseball, and was the Pioneer Athlete of the Year in 1964-65. He was recognized for his home-run hitting at Transy and later signed a professional baseball contract with the Houston Astros organization.
