Edward Franklin Camp Jr. ’30 was a three-sport standout at Transylvania, playing football, basketball, and baseball. He played quarterback for Transy teams that won 18 games, including victories over Louisville, Cincinnati, Centre, and Eastern Kentucky, and was a captain of the basketball team. He was a long-time highly successful head football coach at Louisville, earning memberships in both the University of Louisville and Kentucky Athletic Halls of Fame.
