Men's golf ties for second at Manchester Fall Invitational

WABASH, Ind. – The twenty-second-ranked Transylvania University men's golf team finished the 18-hole Manchester Fall Invitational tied for second Saturday at Honeywell Golf Course.

All five Pioneers finished in the top 30, as Clay Church's round of 74 led the way for the Pioneers finishing tied for third on the day. Rob Canady and Zach Treilobs fired a 76 and 78 respectively to help Transy stay atop the leaderboard. Jack Berger and Travis Creed added solid rounds for Transy adding another top-10 finish to its resume.

The Pioneers are in pursuit of their tenth consecutive Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference title this season.

Transy returns to action Monday for the Gordin Classic. The two-day event will be held at Columbus (Ohio) Country Club. Live scoring for the event is available here
