Transylvania Posts Multiple Event Wins in Final Regular-Season Meet

LEXINGTON, KY - Transylvania collected 15 event victories on Friday as the Pioneers hosted Rose-Hulman inside the Transylvania University pool, with standout wins across both the men's and women's programs highlighting the afternoon.

The Pioneers opened the meet with victories in both the 200 Medley Relays, as the women's A-relay of Riley Shaw, Leia Grannis, Elliott Havens, and Emerson Campbell, along with the men's quartet of Bryce Highley, Hayes Doolin, Kole Brannock, and Isaiah Perkins, each claimed first place.

Transylvania added several individual wins throughout the lineup, including Adam Tichy in the 1000 Freestyle, Riley Shaw in the 100 and 200 Backstroke, and Leia Grannis sweeping both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke. Elliott Havens earned victories in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Butterfly, while Allie Hinchman secured a win on the 1-meter diving board.

On the men's side, Bryce Highley, Hayes Doolin, Kole Brannock, and Isaiah Perkins each delivered individual wins in their respective events.

The Pioneers closed the meet with another victory as the women's 200 Freestyle Relay of Shaw, Havens, Ameliya Lynn, and Campbell touched first to wrap up the day.

Rose-Hulman claimed the overall team scores, taking the women's meet 155–136 and the men's meet 172–120.

Up next for Transylvania is the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Championships, hosted at Vigo County Aquatic Center in Terre Haute, Indiana on February 11-14th.
