LEXINGTON- The Transylvania Men's and Women's Swim and Dive team competed today vs in-state rival Centre College. The Pioneers took their first loss of the season with the Women's team losing 65-177 and the Men losing 88-155.

    Starting with the diving portion of the competition, Mackie Redford continued her dominance placing first in both the Women's 1mtr and 3 mtr. Redford scored a 227.55 in the 1mtr and a 251.02 in the 3mtr dive. 

    In the Men's 1000 Yard Freestyle, Adam Tichy placed 1st with a time of 10:29.03. Tichy would go on to win the Men's 500 Yard Freestyle, placing 1st with a time of 5:08.76.

    In the Men's 200 Yard IM, Lukas McIntyre-Quinn placed 1st with a time of 2:01.3.

    In the Men's 100 Yard Backstroke Kole Brannock placed first with a time of 53.91. 

    In the Women's 100 Yard Breaststroke, Olivia Greinke placed 1st with a time of 1:11.17  

    The Pioneers continue their home meet streak as the Pioneers vs Midway University at home, January 27th at 1PM.
