Transy began the game in a four-way tie for first in HCAC play.
Ashley Cobane (Nicholasville, Ky.)'s fourth goal of the year off a touch from Natosha Boden (Nicholasville, Ky.) put Transy ahead at the 6:40 mark and Amy Ghilbaudy made it 2-0 at 36:52 with her seventh goal of the year.
Rose-Hulman answered almost immedately with its only score on the day as Rachel Johnstone found the goal less than 20 seconds later. That would be the only shot on goal for the day for the Engineers.
