ANDERSON, Ind.- Transylvania women's tennis clinched their seventh season victory Saturday, defeating Anderson University, 5-4.

Megan Dixon, in the No. 2 spot, defeated the Anderson duo 8-4.
In singles play, Transylvania's No. 1 seeded Mielcarek swept her opponent 6-0, 6-0. with No. 2 El Dessouki also dominated her opponent 6-1, 6-2.
Megan Dixon triumphed over her singles opponent 6-2, 6-4, clinching the win for Transylvania. Anderson's Milikan won by default due to Haugli, who withdrew after down 0-6, 0-1 due to injury.
Transylvania's season record is now 7-1, with a 6-1 record in the Heartland Conference.
The team is looking to end regular season play with a win against Franklin College on Sunday.
