On the road at Defiance, #3 Transy Women's Basketball won 70-40 to make the team 6-0 in HCAC matchups and 14-0 overall. Today's win is also career win number 350 for Head Coach Dr. Juli Fulks. Fulks began her head coaching career in 2004-2005 and has been Transylvania's head coach since 2014-2015, currently in her 9th season. She has been at the helm for 192 wins with the Pioneers.

• Maddie Kellione- 15 points, 5-8 3PM-A, 3 steals

• Kennedi Stacy- 13 points, 5 rebounds

• Dasia Thornton- 12 points, 9 rebounds

• Team total rebounds- 49 over Defiance's 24

"Each road game presents different challenges and we worked hard to defend the perimeter today. I thought collectively they embraced that goal and worked hard to rebound on both ends," said Coach Fulks. 

The Pioneers will be on the road again January 11th at Mount Saint Joseph before the return home to the Beck Center on January 14th for a matchup with Anderson at 3:00 PM.
