On Senior Day, Transy Women's Tennis faced Wittenberg for a Saturday afternoon match. Prior to the match, the Pioneers recognized senior Jessica Burton for her dedication to the program over her career at Transy. The Pioneers defeated the Tigers 6-3 at Top Seed.

Taylor/Gardner: 6-8 L

Burton/Hayes: 8-2 W

Duvall/Williams: — W

Singles:

Taylor: 0-6, 3-6 L

Gardner: 6-2, 2-6, 6-4 W

Burton: 5-7 2-6 L

Duvall: 6-4, 6-3 W

Hayes: 6-3, 6-4 W

Williams:  — W

"Grace Gardner played an electrifying third set and Jess Burton with yet another important doubles win, something she has done so much of in her time at Transy," said Coach Carey. "On an emotional senior day the women played a great match against a really tough Wittenberg team. Jess's impact on Transy Women's Tennis cannot be overstated."  

The next match for the Pioneers will be Tuesday at Top Seed against Asbury.
