RICHMOND, Ind. - The no. 2 ranked Transylvania Pioneers defeated Earlham College by a season best 68 points, 103-35. The 103 points is the most the Pioneers have scored in a game since November 16th, 2021 when they defeated Eastern Nazarene University, 103-46.

With the win, Transylvania ties DePauw University's 58 game win streak that was set in between 2012-2014, which is tied for 6th longest in NCAA DIII Women's Basketball history.

The Pioneers set season highs in points (103), field goals made (41-74), and steals (21). It is also the most points scored by a team in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference this season, as well as field goals made.

Kennedi Stacy led the team with  21 points and set a new season high with 7 steals on the night. Sydney Wright finished with 11 points and was 4-4 on free throws. Dasia Thornton, Sadie Wurth, and Riley Flinn added 10 points each. Flinn finished with a season high.

The Pioneers shot 50% or better in every quarter.

The nation's no. 1 scoring defense held Earlham to 1 point in the third quarter , and 10 points total in the second half. Earlham was held to 27.27% shooting in the second half (3-23 FG).

Transylvania has now finished undefeated in the regular season for the third consecutive season. The Pioneers have won their last 72 regular season games.

Head Coach Juli Fulks earned her 394th career coaching win.

Up next: Transylvania hosts the HCAC Tournament at the Clive M. Beck Center. They'll play in the semifinal game next Friday at 5 PM.
