Biography

2015: Played in six games of his sophomore campaign, picking up two hits in eight at bats...had one RBI and one walk.

2014: The Versailles native appeared in seven games in his first season at Transy.

High School: Beavers was a four year letter winner at Woodford County ... he made the KHSAA Academic All-State First Team all four years ... in 2013, he was named to the all-district team...won the WCHS Best Defender Award in 2011 and 2012...selected to play in 2013 the Kentucky East/West All-Star Game...won a state championship in 2012 as a junior.

Personal: Beavers is the son of Scott and Molly Beavers...accounting major...hopes to work in equine or agricultural accounting after graduation...his favorite athlete is Josh Hamilton
