ANDERSON, Ind. - Transylvania men's tennis continued their winning streak Saturday, downing the Anderson Ravens in convincing fashion, 7-2.

Transylvania's doubles teams dominated the Ravens at all three seeds. Sophomore Robert Albrecht paired with Josh Buckman for the first time this season, which produced a successful 8-5 victory, their third-straight win each in doubles. The No. 2 duo of junior Dylan Conner and Steven Mayborg, along with No. 3 seeded Eli Hack and Chris Samaan, produced results at their positions, each taking a solid 8-4 win.

In singles, the Pioneers continued to dominate in the top of the seeds, finding victory from Albrecht, Conner, Buckman, and Maybord. Albrecht sailed through his matchup with a decisive 6-1, 6-1 win, as did Buckman with a 6-3, 6-1 performance. Conner was threatened in both sets by Anderson's Conner Whiteside, but pulled out victory, 7-5, 7-5. Mayborg, in the four seed, overcame his opponent handily, 6-3, 6-3.

The Pioneers return home to finish their season, facing Mount St. Joseph on Monday at 4 p.m. and Hanover on Wednesday at 4 p.m. before competing in the HCAC Championships May 3-4.
