For their second game of their away series in Indiana, the Pioneers earn another win. They defeated the Anderson Ravens in straight sets for today's match for the 3-0 win.
Head Coach Amy Barmore said of the weekend, "Big offensive weekend for us. But we were able to do that due to our first ball contact. We are hitting at about .344 in conference and doing a great job getting everyone going each match. Cate Scheper leads with 11 kills [today] but everyone has elite numbers. Karrington Jackson hitting a .533, Izzy Myers hitting a .467, Kayden and Sweeney adding to our day. Sylvie Miller finishes with 15 digs, Ava with 3 aces and 10 as a team. I am proud of how we showed up this weekend. Long weekend which takes team toughness. It's time to regroup and refocus for the upcoming week."
The Pioneers will face Mount St. Joseph on Wednesday to determine the outright HCAC number one as they are currently both undefeated.
