The Pioneers faced the only other undefeated HCAC team tonight in a showdown for the number one seed in the conference tournament and the regular season conference title. After a first set win, the Pioneers lost a little momentum in the second set before powering back to take set two and three making quick work of the Lions.

"I am so proud. We fought through the emotions and we fought through together. We are playing at a high level. We passed well tonight to keep us in system and we served well to get them out of system. What an accomplishment for this team. We are excited to finish strong," said Coach Amy Barmore.
With an undefeated record in HCAC of 9-0, Transy Volleyball will host the HCAC Tournament next week as the number one seed. An HCAC tournament win will give them their berth to the NCAA Tournament.
