Box Score In the quarterfinals of the SAA Tournament, Transy Field Hockey defeated Concordia 1-0 for their first tournament win since 2018.
Head Coach Natalie Hernandez said of the game, "So proud of this team! We are executing what we do in practice. We have trusted the process and each other which is allowing us to get the outcomes we desire! We played our hearts out! Best ball movement we've had all year along with our defense shutting Concordia down!
The Pioneers will advance to the semifinals tomorrow against Rhodes College at 11:00 AM in Danville at host Centre College.
