At Top Seed, the Pioneers faced off with Asbury in a midweek match Wednesday night with a final score of 2-7. Freshman Chris Kaufmann earned two wins for the Pioneers, one in doubles with senior Arjun Gupta and one in singles.

Cordrey/Perez vs. Ismail/Lewis L 5-8

Skaggs/Wells vs. Ardiles/Patino L 5-8

Gupta vs. Ingles L 3-6, 0-6

Kaufmann vs. Lewis W 4-6, 7-6°, 1-0°

Perez vs. Caceres L 3-6, 1-6

Skaggs vs. Ardiles L 6°-7°, 5-7

Cordrey vs. Patino L 0-6, 0-6

Macdonald vs. Ismail L 3-6, 0-6

The Pioneers will be back in action Sunday at Otterbein for a match along with women's tennis.
