On the road at Otterbein, the Pioneers won three matches against the Cardinals. Freshman Chris Kaufmann earned two wins, one in doubles with senior Arjun Gupta and a singles match. Juniors Eli Skaggs and Jared Wells also battled hard against their opponents and won their singles matches against the Cardinals. 

Doubles:

Gupta/Kaufmann- W 8-4

Perez/Skaggs- L 5-8

MacDonald/ Wells- L 2-8 

Singles:

Gupta/Wall- L 3-6, 2-6

Kaufmann/Mammen- W 6-1, 7-5

Perez/McDivitt- L 6-4, 3-6, 4-6

Skaggs/Price- W 7°-6°, 6-3

MacDonald/Newberry- L 4-6, 4-6

Wells/Mihajlov- W 4-6, 7°-6, 1°-0°

"We still have a lot to learn before we play at our potential. The ceiling for this team is very high," said Coach Calhoun. 

Next up for the Pioneers, they will head to Orlando, Florida for a series of matches over Spring Break starting March 12th.
