to put the game away however.

mount another comeback in the 8th and the 9th , but both potential big innings were quieted
on double play balls.

Transy steadily added to their lead in the sixth and the ninth.
Trent Pahl drove home
all three of the Pioneers additional three runs.
Coach Getsee had this to say after the series:
"Our guys did a tremendous job this weekend. Winning a conference series on the road is
never easy and it's certainly not easy to do at Rose-Hulman. We battled through some stuff.
I definitely didn't feel like we played our best baseball, but to be able to still walk out of
Terre Haute with 2 of 3 was important for us."
