LEXINGTON - Field Hockey dropped their fourth straight match on Saturday. The Pioneers were shutout 0-5 against Denison.

The Big Red controlled on offense most of the game. Denison outshot Transy 16-2 and 13 to 1 in shots on goal. DU also had 15 penalty corners to Transy's 2.

Denison for their first two goals in the first quarter and scored 10 minutes later. They added one more goal in the third quarter and one in the fourth to win the game 5-0.

Madison Mullen had the lone shot on goal for Transy. Libby Bringard had 5 saves.

Transy moves to 3-7 overall and 0-2 in conference play. They are on the road for their first road NCAC matchup of the season against Ohio Wesleyan on Wednesday, October 4th at 7 PM.
