BEREA, KY - The Transylvania Pioneers earn a conference road victory on Wednesday night after beating Berea College, 3-0. 

Transylvania won the opening set 25-15, after going on a 5-1 run to start the match. A pair of aces by Alex O'Connor sparked a Transylvania run, that carried out through the remainder of the first set. The Pioneers continued their success in the second set, after battling back from a Berea run. A kill by Macy Lentz kick started the offense. Transylvania would go on to score 13 unanswered points to take a 18-9 lead. The Pioneers closed out the second set 25-15. Transylvania started the third set on a 7-2 run. Both teams exchanged points back and forth, until a Cecelia Roberts kill would start another impressive 10-3 run. Transylvania would go on win set three 25-15. 

Lilly Kaiser led the Pioneers in kills with 11, followed by 8 from Addison Jarvis and 7 from Isabella Myers. Julia Brown led with 15 digs and Isabella Myers recorded 10. Kennedy Beatty tallied 4 aces, with Isabella Myers and Alex O'Conner adding two. Macy Lentz led with 33 assists. 

Transylvania's next match up is on Saturday at the Clive M. Beck Center against Anderson University. First serve is set for 2:00 PM. Live Stats and Video will be available via transysports.com.
