NORTH MANCHESTER, IN - Transylvania earned their second Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) victory on Saturday, earning a 3-0 road victory over Manchester.Â
Senior
Isabella White scored the first two goals for the Pioneers, both in the opening minutes of the second half, at 54:15 and 59:01.
Ellie Held scored the final goal of the afternoon for Transylvania at the 62:55 mark, as the Pioneers scored all three of their goals in just under ten minutes. Their defensive efforts would maintain their advantage, with Transylvania earning the victory at 3-0.Â
Carrie Stevens recorded a full 90:00 in the goal, posting one save in the win. Transylvania took 24 shots to Manchester's two.
Isabella White led the Pioneers with eight of those, five being on goal.
Eva Blanke recorded four shots, while
Gracie Carrigan added three.Â
Transylvania continues HCAC play on Wednesday, October 8th, as they travel to take on Berea at 7:00 p.m.
