Katherine Taylor fell to Ancele Dolensek 6-2 in both sets.
Paulina Razo-Zapata fell to Victoria Gazda 6-2 in set one, 6-0 in set two.
Ellie Held fell to Manuela Van Cotthem 6-1 in both sets.
Maddy Williams fell to Zoe Angell 6-0 in set one and 6-1 in set two.
Eva Clark fell to Anika Joshi 6-0 in set one and 6-1 in set two.
Meredith Cooper fell to Rachel Li 6-0 in both sets.
Transylvania resumes action in Orlando on Sunday, taking on Piedmont University at 9:00 a.m. and Bethel University at 3:00 p.m.
