CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Golf teams competed in week four of the 2025-26 season. Transylvania's, Andy Steed, had a breakout performance in his opening round shooting a career best 67 (-5). Steed finished the 54 hole tournament at -3 (67-73-73-213).
 
Athlete of the Week: 
Andy Steed (Wilmington, Ohio) Transylvania University | First Year - #17 Transylvania earned another victory at the 2025 Rhodes Fall Invitational. Freshman Andy Steed, finished 1st overall at -3 (67-73-73-213). Steed's five under round of 67, with two eagles, propelled him into 1st after round one. Steed shot -9 par on the Par 5s over the three rounds.
 
Notable Performances:

• Austin Frick (Geneva, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Junior - Austin Frick recorded a third-place finish at the Rhodes Fall Invitational, where he accumulated a 215 (-1) score. Frick recorded splits of 71-72-72 to lead Rose-Hulman, while recording a total of 12 birdies and one eagle.
