CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Golf teams competed in week 10 of the 2025-26 season.
 
Athlete of the Week:
Andy Steed (Wilmington, Ohio) Transylvania University | Freshman - Andy Steed led Transylvania to an overall second place finish at the Fernandina Beach Collegiate this week. Steed continued his breakout freshman campaign in emphatic fashion, claiming medalist honors while shooting -12 for the tournament. The rookie fired rounds of 69 (-3), 65 (-7), and 70 (-2) to finish at 204, separating himself from the field with a blistering 7-under 65 in the second round. The second-round 65 is the lowest tournament round ever by a Transylvania golfer. Steed made 16 birdies over three rounds and played his final 36 holes in 9-under par, showing composure and confidence well beyond his years. He only had two bogeys in the 54-hole event.

Notable Performances:

• Arthur Del Bourgo (Metz, France) Earlham College | Junior - Arthur Del Bourgo led Earlham at the Island Pointe Intercollegiate over Spring Break. The junior finished in 18th place individually after shooting a two-round total of 159 (+15).
