CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) men's lacrosse teams competed in week three of the 2026 season.

Offensive Player of the Week
Huck Campbell (Louisville, Ky.) Transylvania University | Attack | Sophomore -
Huck Campbell scored three goals, while recording two assists in Transylvania's 16-5 win over Mount Union on the road Saturday. He took 11 shots, seven of which were on goal.
Notable Performances:
- Matthew Burris (Pawling, N.Y.) Alfred State College | Goalkeeper | Junior - Matthew Burris tallied 47 saves in his two games last week. In the game against Alfred University, he tallied 20 saves and had a .444 save percentage. He followed with a 27-save outing against SUNY Poly, where he had a season best .587 save percentage.
- Griffin Doan (Auburn, N.Y.) Alfred State College | Attack | Sophomore - Griffin Doan led the Alfred State offense last week as he tallied four goals and picked up five ground balls. He scored two goals in the game against Alfred University and followed with two goals and an assist against SUNY Poly.
- Jack Deweese (Indianapolis, Ind.) Hanover College | Attack | Freshman - Jack Deweese led Hanover to a 2-0 week as it defeated Bethany and Huntingdon. The first-year finished the week with 15 total points scoring nine goals and dishing out six assists. He added a crucial assist in the team's 12-11 victory at Huntingdon, as he assisted on the game-winning goal with just 46 seconds remaining in the contest. He also collected five ground balls and fired off a team-high 31 shots.
- Mathew Hillard (Berea, Ky.) Hanover College | Goalkeeper | Sophomore - Mathew Hillard collected two wins in the cage as Hanover defeated Bethany and Huntingdon. He tallied 23 saves through 98 minutes of action. He finished the week with a 65.7 save percentage.
- Nicolas Guzman (Long Beach, Calif.) Spalding University | Attack | Senior - Nicolas Guzman tallied five goals and one assist against Augustana on Saturday.
