DELAWARE, OH — Transylvania fell to Ohio Wesleyan 21–4 on Saturday afternoon at Selby Stadium.
Sofie Garrett led the Pioneers with two goals, while Grace Bruner and Avery Kirkhope each added a goal. Kirkhope also recorded an assist, and Berkley Harlow led the team with two assists.
Ohio Wesleyan built an early lead, scoring eight goals in the first quarter and taking a 10–2 advantage into halftime. The Battling Bishops added seven goals in the third quarter to pull away.
Ruby Himes recorded 10 saves in goal for the Pioneers, while Transylvania totaled 13 shots and 14 ground balls in the contest.
