LEXINGTON - Transylvania Swim and Dive Senior Mackie Redford is set to compete in the NCAA DIII Diving Championships starting tomorrow at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Redford was one of 53 divers selected for the NCAA Championships after an impressive senior campaign. 

"It's exciting. For Mackie being a senior and to be able to go to the meet. Her freshman year Covid wiped out the meet, and she ended up being an All-American sending in videos, which is cool but now we get to end up going to the meet and see what she can do." Head Coach Dave Doolin said.

Old Dominion Athletic Conference and Greensboro Aquatic Center will serve as hosts. Preliminary rounds will be held tomorrow morning, with the finals being held later tomorrow night. Redford is one of twenty-nine divers competing in the one-meter dive. Preliminary rounds will begin at 10 AM.
