NORTH MANCHESTER, IN - Transylvania earned their second Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) victory on Saturday, earning a 3-0 road victory over Manchester.Â
NcKay Wheatley scored the opening goal for the Pioneers within the first three minutes of the first half at 2:38.
Dylan Barnes would end the first half (12:42) with one goal, and score his second early in the second half (46:01).
Gus Dickman scored two goals in just under three minutes, the second assisted by Wheatley at 53:04.
Transylvania maintained their advantage for a 5-0 victory. Transylvania recorded 19 shots, 14 on goal, to Manchester's four. Barnes led the team with five shots, three on goal and two goals, while Dickman recorded four shots, three on goal and two goals.Â
Jackson Holt protected the goal for the full 90:00, with two saves.Â
Transylvania continues HCAC play on Wednesday, October 8th, as they host Berea at 7:00 p.m.
