LEXINGTON, KY - Four Pioneers were named to the Academic All-America program as members of the All-District Team for Transylvania Women's Volleyball. Alex O'Connor, Cecelia Roberts, Macy Lentz and Julia Brown represented Transylvania University with the honor. 

To be eligible, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale and must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. They must also have competed in 90 percent of the institution's competitions, or started in at least 66 percent of the team's matches.
