Ashley Sanders ’99 is one of the most prolific scorers to ever put on a Transylvania women’s basketball uniform.

Sanders ranks seventh all-time in scoring at Transylvania, registering 1,574 during her collegiate career. Sanders was a three-point maestro as she hit 240 three-pointers over the course of her career, second-most all-time among Pioneer women’s basketball players.

She led the team in scoring as a freshman and sophomore, guiding the team to the NAIA regional tournament championship in her junior season. While at Transy, the women’s basketball team went 90-33, cementing Sanders’ legacy as a winning player.
