Collier Mills ’01 was a four-year letterman for themen’s basketball team at Transylvania, finishing his careerwith 1,774 points. After his senior season, he became the firstTransylvania player to be named NAIA Player of the Year. He wasnamed a first-team All-American and led the Pioneers to the No. 1seed in the 2001 NAIA National Tournament. He was an honorablemention All-American as a sophomore and a second-team All-Americanas a junior. He was named Pioneer Male Athlete of the Year in2001.
