Transylvania University

Jack Tracy ’56 was a standout basketball playerwhile at Transylvania, lettering four times between 1952 and 1956and playing for coach C.M. Newton. He was among the first of theschool’s scholarship players and played on the first Transyteam to win a tournament. He also played basketball for post teamswhile in the military and coached at the high schoollevel.
