Nolan Barger ’67 was a standout member of theTransylvania basketball team, earning the Lynn Stewart Award foroutstanding attitude and effort as a senior. He was a member of the1965 regional championship team that qualified for the NAIANational Tournament. After graduation, he became one of thestate’s premier high school coaches.
